Dhaksha Dhara is an Inter-Collegiate Management, Sports and Cultural festival organised by the Departments of Management and Sciences (PIMS). This fest was a platform for students, from across different colleges, to showcase their creativity, innovation, talent, and Knowledge in numerous events. We had more than 35+ colleges coming in our campus for this fest.

Dhaksha Dhara 2k24, held on August 30th and 31st, was a landmark event in the history of Padmashree Institute of Management and Sciences, marking the first-ever inter-collegiate management fest conducted by the institution. This two-day fest was designed to provide a platform for students to showcase their skills, talents, and knowledge in various domains of management, fostering a spirit of healthy competition and learning.

Objective: The primary objective of Dhaksha Dhara 2k24 was to bring together students from various colleges to participate in a series of management-related competitions and activities. The fest aimed to enhance students’ managerial skills, encourage teamwork, and promote leadership qualities through interactive and challenging events.

Participation: The fest witnessed enthusiastic participation from several colleges, making it a truly inter-collegiate event. Students from BBA, BCom, and MBA programs actively engaged in the competitions, showcasing their skills across various disciplines. The diversity of participants added to the vibrancy and competitive spirit of the fest.
