Roopesh Kumar is currently the Head of the Department (HOD) for the BCA program at PIMS. He started his teaching career since 1998 as an Assistant Professor at various colleges, overall possess 26 years of teaching experience. His contributions are not only limited to teaching, but also in developing the curriculum, managing the department, and working with industry partners to ensure students get practical knowledge. He is also an awardee of Certificate of Merit from the Osmania University for his performance in the postgraduate course and Secured Scholarship from GOK and MCI. Roopesh’s primary research interests include Database Management Systems (DBMS), Computer Architecture, Computer Networks, Data Science, Mobile Application Development, Internet Technologies, and Computer Security.
He stays updated with the latest developments in these areas to ensure students receive a modern and comprehensive education. He also focus on providing practical and realworld knowledge to students. Aiming to prepare prospective students for the challenges of the tech industry and help them succeed in their careers. Facilitate in contributing to the field of computer applications and ensuring students success too. Also holds academic leadership role as member in BOS and BOE for various autonomous colleges in Bangalore.

I am Raju Krishna Kishore M, an Assistant Professor in the BCA department at Padmashree Institute of Management and Sciences. I have been working here since April 2007, and I hold a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree.
During my 18 years at Padmashree, I have had the pleasure of teaching and mentoring many students. My main teaching subjects are Java, Python, PHP, C, C++, Data Structures, Web Technologies, Unix, and ADA, OS. I love these subjects and aim to make my classes interesting, so students can understand both the theory and the real-world applications. I believe in a hands-on approach to teaching. I use real-world examples and practical exercises to help students understand complex topics. My goal is to prepare students for the tech industry by giving them a strong foundation in programming and computer science. Besides teaching, I also help develop the curriculum and participate in departmental activities. I work with my colleagues to keep our course materials up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. This Teamwork helps create a dynamic learning environment for our students. I am passionate about Programming languages and web technologies, and I continuously update my knowledge and skills.
I attend workshops, seminars, and online courses to stay current with the latest advancements. This ongoing learning helps me bring new insights into the classroom. Seeing my students succeed in their careers is very rewarding. I am committed to continuing this level of excellence and guiding future generations of computer science professionals. I believe that learning should be engaging and enjoyable. By creating a supportive and interactive classroom environment, I encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking in my students. I am dedicated to helping them reach their full potential and achieve their career goals.
In summary, my 17 years of experience at Padmashree Institute of Management and Sciences have been focused on teaching, continuous learning, and student success. I look forward to continuing my journey as an educator and helping my students thrive in the ever-changing field of computer science.

An accomplished professional with 3.3 years of combined experience in teaching and the industry, he is serving as an an Assistant Professor dedicated to fostering learning and innovation in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and related fields. With a solid academic foundation, including an MCA and B.Sc in Mathematics, possess expertise in statistical analysis, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and advanced analytics tools. His tenure in education and practical roles has honed my ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets, deliver data-driven recommendations, and drive strategic decision-making.
Naresh have contributed to academic advancements through innovative projects like text recognition using deep learning and image enhancement using iterative pipelines. His areas of interest span Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing, enabling to bridge the gap between academia and industry effectively.
