The Gaming Club is a vibrant platform for students who are passionate about gaming, esports, and game development. It aims to bring together students from diverse backgrounds to share, explore, and enhance their gaming interests while also learning about the technology and creativity involved in the gaming world. The club provides a space for casual gaming, competitive tournaments, game design workshops, and discussions on gaming culture, fostering both entertainment and technical learning.
Aims
The aim is to create a fun, inclusive, and educational environment where students can explore gaming as a hobby and a career opportunity. The club seeks to encourage responsible gaming, teamwork, and innovation by organizing events, competitions, and workshops that expand members’ knowledge and skills in gaming and related technologies.
Objectives
1. To promote gaming as a creative and recreational activity by organizing tournaments, esports events, and collaborative projects that enhance leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
2. To introduce members to game development tools, design concepts, programming techniques, and emerging technologies like VR, AR, and AI, while exploring career opportunities in gaming, streaming, and content creation.
3. To build a supportive community where members share strategies, learn together, and enjoy gaming responsibly while staying aware of industry trends and innovations.
List of Activities
- Gaming Tournaments – Competitions in popular titles such as FIFA, PUBG, Valorant, etc.
- Esports Practice Sessions – Training and strategy discussions for improving gameplay.
- Game Development Workshops – Learning sessions on Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender, and coding for games.
- Streaming & Content Creation – Workshops on setting up streams, editing videos, and growing a gaming audience.
