Dr Guru Basava Aradhya S
Director & Professor
Dr. Guru Basava Aradhya.S is a professor and director with 18 years of progressive experience in teaching and implementing academic policies. He has held leadership positions as Director and Head of Department at various institutions, including the Chandigarh School of Business and New Horizon College of Engineering. He is an accomplished faculty leader and scholar who has produced five PhDs and two MPhils.
He is a recognized PhD guide at several universities, including Bharathiar University and REVA University. His achievements include being an active member of Bangalore University for paper setting and an expert panel member for doctoral meets. Dr. Aradhya has received a “Best Paper Award” at multiple international and national conferences.
He holds a PhD in Management from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, an M. Phil in Management, and an MBA with a first class from ICFAI (Regular), Bangalore. Dr. Aradhya has published two books and numerous book chapters and research papers in SCOPUS, UGC CARE, and Web of Science-listed journals. He also holds several Indian and UK patents, including those related to AI-based customer feedback kiosks and fraud detection systems.

Prof. Seema brings over 15 years of rich and diverse experience in academics and the corporate sector. Her expertise spans Finance, Accounting, and Taxation. She is a UGC-NET and K-SET-qualified professional, further accredited with certification from Swayam (IIMB). She has completed her PhD coursework at the University of Mysore and has published research papers in both national and international journals, in addition to holding a patent.
As the Head of the MBA Department, Prof. Seema oversees curriculum development, ensures quality education, and fosters a culture of excellence through innovative teaching and research. She bridges the gap between academia and industry by organizing guest lectures, workshops, and other collaborative initiatives. With a strong focus on strategic planning, resource management, and student development, she drives the department toward achieving its academic and professional goals.

Dr. Raja K.G. is an accomplished academician with over 23 years of experience in higher education. He has held significant leadership roles, including Director of the Malik Deenar Institute of Management Studies and Head of the MBA Department at Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management. He is currently a Professor of Quantitative Techniques and Business Analytics and a UGC listed Professor of Practice. With a PhD in Strategic Marketing, his expertise spans statistics, operations research, business analytics, and research methodology. He has guided six PhD scholars and is a doctoral guide at Srinivas University. A dedicated academic professional with over 6 years of experience in higher education, specialized in HRM, Marketing and Counselling Psychology. As an Assistant Professor at PIMS, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to teaching and mentoring students. Also developed and delivered a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses, emphasizing on innovative instructional methods and the integration of technology in learning.
Her research area interests include HRM, Marketing and Psychology analytics. She has a credit of publishing more than 10 articles in National and International in reputable peer-reviewed journals, contributing significant insights to my field. She has also participated in reputed national and international HR conferences.
