Deepika has 9 years of academic experience, she is a seasoned professional in the field of Commerce Education. She is pursuing a PhD. in Commerce and Management from a reputable institution, she currently serves as a distinguished MCOM Professor at a leading College. Mrs. Deepika is known for her exceptional teaching skills, research contributions, and dedication to fostering a dynamic learning environment for her students. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, her impressive credentials include publishing books, presenting research papers, and serving as a resource person for FDP. She is a member of CMOI and has been recognized as the Best Female Faculty. Her academic leadership roles include BOEA member and also being appointed as an Editor in the Journal in recognition of her outstanding expertise, dedication, and contributions to research and innovation in technology, commerce, and management.2 peer-reviewed articles were Accepted in Web of Science and in Scopus and also an Author of the book Entrepreneurship Development. Highly skilled at curriculum/ syllabus planning advanced Excel tally ERP 9, and capable of adapting lessons to fit a variety of class sizes/ student needs. Conducted and coordinated various programs like Faculty Development Programs, Orientation Programs, Seminars, And Workshops. Worked towards various department committees like the FDP and CASE STUDY, IQAC, and Alumni committees, conducted certificated skill development programs for final year UG and PG courses like advanced excel, and tally ERP 9, post-graduation dissertation project guided for both MCOM & MBA.
