On 10th July 2025, the Department of MBA at Padmashree Institute of Management and Sciences organized a prestigious event titled “ Badge of Honour: The Leadership Launch”. Held in the Seminar Hall, this ceremony marked the formal appointment of the MBA Student Council members, Class Ambassadors, and leaders of various institutional cells like IIC, SCC, and EDP.

The event began with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, symbolizing the ignition of wisdom and leadership. Appointment letters and leadership badges were distributed to the selected students by the esteemed chief guests, Shri. T K Narayanappa (Managing Director, PGI) and Shri. Satish (Chairman, PGI) , along with faculty heads.

This initiative aims to:

1. Foster leadership and organizational skills.

2. Instill accountability, identity, and professionalism among students.

3. Officially recognize students’ roles for future references and career development.

The event was a grand success, marking the beginning of a journey filled with learning, collaboration, and growth.
