The Padmashree Charitable Trust was started in the year 1994 with a vision of establishing an organization working for social causes. Padmashree Group of Institutions (PGI) cater to the needs of the society. Founder trustees Dr. Aswath Narayan, Sri. T K Narayanappa, and Mr. Satish together nourished this cause and have been rendering their service.

Padmashree Group of Institutions has 20 years of record in Academic Excellence. In the year 1996, the Padmashree group had its launch with the inception of the First Physiotherapy College in Bangalore under Rajeev Gandhi University of Health Sciences. With this humble beginning of a single institution with 25 students in the year 1996, Padmashree made an impressive progress with houses 08 colleges, nurturing more than 2200 students today.

Padmashree group has institutions offering courses both under Bangalore University and Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. Apart from this, Padmashree has recognized by AICTE and Research Center, permanent affiliation from Bangalore University and also recognized under UGC 2(f) and 12(b).

Padmashree Institute of Management and Sciences, popularly known as “PIMS” made a humble start in the year 2000. The motto of PIMS is imparting quality education, to inculcate scientific temper and ethical values among its students. PIMS is accredited by NAAC with“A++” rating.
