Padmashree Institute of Management & Sciences (PIMS) proudly organized a One-Week Anti-Ragging Cell Activity under the theme “Preventing Ragging and Bullying in Corporate Settings.” The initiative aimed to raise awareness among students about the harmful effects of ragging and bullying, while preparing them to foster respect and inclusivity in both academic and professional environments.

🎙️ Guest Speaker: Mr. Nilesh Deshmukh shared valuable insights on how preventing ragging and bullying contributes to building positive and ethical work cultures.

Poster Making Competition: Students showcased their creativity and understanding of the theme “Ragging-Free Campus: Know the Rules”, encouraging peers to stand united for a safe campus.
