Recognizing the importance of addressing this issue, our college actively participated in Anti-Ragging Day, reaffirming its commitment to creating a campus culture where every student feels safe and valued.
The observance of Anti-Ragging Day is crucial in educating students about the negative impacts of ragging and promoting zero tolerance towards any form of harassment or bullying. This day serves as a platform to spread the message that ragging is not just a punishable offense but also an act that goes against the very principles of dignity, respect, and equality that educational institutions stand for.
Through various initiatives, the college emphasized the importance of mutual respect, empathy, and understanding among students. The day also provided an opportunity to remind students of the strict anti-ragging laws in place, as well as the support systems available to those who might be affected. Anti-Ragging Day is a call to action for the entire college community to work together to prevent and eliminate ragging, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all.
